DepEd had annunced on their twitter account DepED_PH last night August 1, 2011 that their will be no classes in some areas in NCR today due to high tide, 

Navotas ES,Navotas ES 1 & Bagumbayan ES (Nenita S. Rivera - OIC-SDS, Malabon City/Navotas)
